Not some dry actor's studio type thing but actors talking to each other about how they got started, why they act, how they develop characters. Dabney Coleman, Peter Falk, Mark Rydell, Sydney Pollack, Harry Dean Stanton all shot in vivid black and white.
Anyone who is even vaguely interested in the talent behind the character should give this a watch
